Verified Wow... So first off... I was blown away at the though and forethought that Harriet put into making this Sandwich for me. So much so that I needed to share this with the rest of you travelers who are trying to pack some food for later on your flight.
Harriet went above and beyond for me. I can't say enough good things about the customer service here. All the employees this morning were helpful and friendly.
So The Story goes that I have a flight later today which is going to last about 6 and 1/2 hours. I wanted to pick up some food so that I had the chance to eat something other than the despicable meals that the airline has for purchase mid flight. I decided that I wanted to get some kind of sandwich or wrap and I am sure glad I stopped in here today.
The fact that they worked with me and allowed me to semi customize my order (and the packaging!) to allow for a superb mid flight experience really blew me away. In addition to the cling wrap that they offered for the sandwich, Harriet packaged my order with chips inside a heavy duty Ziploc bag... And no, not one that you could only really use once due to poor quality... But a heavy duty Ziploc bag. She understood her mission to make the most epic mid flight Panini and absolutely crushed the results.
10/10 experience and thank you guys again for the great customer service and for predicting my needs based on what I had told you.
